Happy Halloween!!!!!

So Halloween this year was super warm, after a week of snow days and delayed starts we carved pumpkins outside in t-shirts and shorts!!! and when we went trick-or-treating there were no jackets involved! Crazy!! This year we decided to spend halloween over at Sarah's new house, she lives in a really great neighborhood which made for a fun time, the kids had a blast!





I had seen a picture another mom had of her little one in a pumpkin and I just couldn't resist! I think Grady may have thought I lost my mind, Jo and Zach thought it was hilarious, and Shawn thought the idea was gross but the result was cute.







This year Jo and Zach wanted to be a broncos cheerleader and football player, so being the ever sweet mom that I am I decided to make Grady the football. I think it turned out pretty cute :)



Happy Halloween!!!

Happy Birthday Jolie!!!!

Jolie is 7!!! I can't believe it! This year she is in Mrs. Crust's 1st grade class. Her favorite color varies from red to pink. She loves riding her bike and swimming, when she is inside she enjoys doing arts and crafts. She is still my super active kiddo and she deffinately keeps me on my toes! I am so proud of this amazing girl!!!

Grady's Baptism

Grady was baptized on Oct 24. Here are a few of the pictures from my camera, I have yet to see the other ones taken, but will post more if they are good.



Although the camera focused on the wrong faces in this picture I still love it. The look on his face makes me giggle every time I look at it.

Oct. Zoo trip!!

The weather this fall has been crazy, so when there is a warm day we have to take advantage and enjoy the sun. After several very cold days and some snow we had a string of days when we hit 70 and higher, so on a very nice sunday we ventured to the zoo in shorts and t- shirts (Oct 18).

Grady's first trip to the Zoo. He was not feeling amazing, so he screamed most of the way. Hopefully he will enjoy the Zoo more next time:)

Jo wanted to show the otters her stuffed otter, much to my surprise they followed it!! It was super cute, and she really got a kick out of it.

Zach wanted to have a go at having them follow something, the only thing he had was a sucker (but it worked).

The Pumpkin Patch

Well since we can't seem to get enough of the fall activities... we went to a pumpkin patch with some of the mommies from mops. There was so much to do and the kids had fun trying it all from petting the animals (goats and bunnies) to the slides and mazes. they took their time picking out the PERFECT pumpkins, Zach wanted one that he could carry it also had to be round and not dirty while Jo's only criteria was that it had to be HUGE!!!

Happy Apple Farm

Visiting the Happy Apple Farm is quickly becoming a fall tradition in our family. This year we went on a Friday afternoon (the big kids only had a half day at school) which was nice because it was not crowded at all. Jolie and Zachary each picked out a pumpkin and, with the help of daddy, picked apples. Grady (at 9 days old) stayed in the stroller for the most part, but seemed to enjoy the fresh air. :)

Thought I would post a few pictures from the balloon festival that is held over Labor Day weekend. The morning we decided to go the balloons had to stay grounded because of weather, but we still had a ton of fun!
